Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KINGSOL ENTERPRISE ("KINGSOL", "we") handles personal data on kingsolgroup.com, in our sessions and services, and in our automation applications. KINGSOL ENTERPRISE is a sole proprietorship registered in Finland (VAT FI34384452). Contact: info@kingsolgroup.com.

1. This website

The website does not use advertising cookies, tracking or analytics. It stores personal data only when you choose to fill in one of our forms (the Application Assistant sign-up, the email list or a testimonial), as described below. The session request form only opens your own email app; we receive your request only if you choose to send that email.

2. Session requests and clients

When you email us or book a session, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, country and details about your plans. We use it only to reply to you, arrange and deliver the session, send your written plan, and keep records required for accounting. We do not sell or share it with anyone, except service providers needed to deliver the service (for example email, video call and payment providers), who process it on our behalf.

Payments are handled by a payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

We keep client emails and notes for up to 24 months after our last contact, and invoices for as long as Finnish accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier, except where the law requires us to keep it.

3. Our automation applications and Google user data

KINGSOL operates an automation application ("N8n Video Automation") that connects to Google services (YouTube, Google Drive and Google Sheets) only on accounts owned by KINGSOL or by clients who have authorised it. It is used to:

• read video files and planning sheets from the authorised Google Drive and Google Sheets,
• upload, schedule and update videos, titles, descriptions and thumbnails on the authorised YouTube channel,
• read basic channel and video statistics to report results to the account owner.

Google user data is used only to provide these features for the account that authorised them. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the feature (for example the publishing tool that posts the video), and not used to train AI models. KINGSOL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access tokens are stored securely on our own server and are used only by the automation. You can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing us; we then delete the stored tokens and any copies of your files within 30 days.

Application Assistant clients

When you sign up for the Application Assistant we store the details you enter (name, email, WhatsApp number, country, trade, experience, target countries and roles, languages), your CV file, your answers to our questions and the applications we prepare for you. We use them only to deliver the service. To rebuild your CV and write tailored applications, your details are processed with the help of AI (Anthropic's Claude), and job adverts are searched through job-board services. Your data is stored with Cloudflare. Payments are handled by Stripe or Selar; we never see your full card details. We keep your data for 12 months after your package ends and then delete it, or earlier if you ask us.

Testimonials

If you send us a testimonial, we store your name, country, story and any screenshot you upload. We publish it only after we have checked it, and only the parts you agreed to show. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Email list (Weekly Immigration Update)

If you subscribe, we store your email address, your first name and country (both optional) and the time you gave consent. We use them only to send you the Weekly Immigration Update and occasional news about KINGSOL services. The emails come from kings@kingsolgroup.com, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. We never sell or share your email address.

4. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct, delete or move your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@kingsolgroup.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
